Rachel Schoeny has been making photographs since she was 10 years old when her family moved to Northern Virginia. She fell in love with the beauty around her there and has had a camera in her hands ever since.
She graduated with her BFA in Photography at Brigham Young University - Idaho where she honed her talent for photography and discovered her love of other mediums like: book arts, printmaking, and sculpture
In June of 2022, Rachel published her first poetry book,

In her free time you can find Rachel baking, singing, crocheting, writing poetry, hiking, and exploring new places with her trusty Canon 5d Mark iv.
