It was a joy to photograph Kailey and Josh's August wedding. Our day began at the Washington D.C. temple in Kensington, Maryland, with a first look full of beaming faces and tender embraces. Following their wedding-sealing ceremony inside, Kailey and Josh exited the temple to the joyful cheers of family and friends outside. After family and group photos, we reconvened at Cabell's Mill in Chantilly, Virginia where we chatted, ate delicious food, and danced. One of my favorite parts was when we escaped for a bit to take sunset pictures in the father of the bride's vintage red car, the same one used for their exit at the end of the night. Their's was a day full of kindness, patient love, and beautiful simplicity.
